My 2009 Cadillac CTS with the 3.6 Engine has codes P182E & P0700 in the computer. I have not reset it yet, it won't shift out of 1st gear. any idea what's wrong? (Tells tcm which gear you select) The p1915 is directly related to 182 code. Those codes will only set if the tcm sees voltage at the transmission. It sounds like something is not plugged in good.
