On 2.2.1 you have to be IN the directory and then press Y to open the actions and you have the option to install all CIAs. When I pick directory action while in the directory the screen flashes and no menu comes up. How do I convert .3ds files into .cia so that I can install it using FBI? , Sep 20, 2023 · I looked all over and can't seem to find a fix. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the FBI application but in order to do that I have to install FBI as a cia file which did not work to begin with so I'm stuck. I've made sure the FBI.3dsx file is in the 3ds folder and the FBI.cia file is in the cias folder. , Some files are .cia others are .3ds.
