A few months ago I posted here asking a few questions regarding filing for AOS as an Immediate Relative of US Citizen. Today, I got the I-797C in the mail that says my application is in process and that soon I'll receive the biometrics appointment. My I-94 expired in december, a few days after I sent out my application.
