Level 50 Leshen! - Dragonslayer's Grotto (Monster Den) | The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. I read about this bug before. I think the Leshen is supposed to spawn in the forest above the cave but I guess entering that area of the map from inside the cave first will cause it to spawn in there instead.

You can probably igni, run forward a bit, then igni the rest. Gourmet helps also, like the other fellow said. There is a high level monster that is in the forest above you. Many times, it teleports into the Grotto, so be prepared to mad dash the hell out of you get caught in that situation. To get there you have to use Aard sign to destroy the wall, get through a corridor filled with gas and destroy the rocks blocking the way. On the way you'll have to kill a couple of Wraiths (7), and one Ekimmara (11) in the largest cave.I had that happen to me in dragonslayer grotto while looking for Griffin school gear. If you get within a certain distance its teleport attack carries it through the ground.
