If you are within a few degrees of these numbers, then the thermostat is OK. If not, then replace the thermostat (again)., 180 all day long, never had any codes or warnings. Edit, after looking closer at the temp throughout my commute (left at 35 degrees, was 42 an hour later arriving at work, mostly highway) the temp stays close to 190-195 I would say. Never really saw it go up to 210 (the middle of the gauge) over the summer either though.
